Residential customers

Pricing information:
All prices are listed in Norwegian and incl. VAT at checkout.

Disclaimer:

Shipping:
All orders placed by 11 a.m. will normally be packed and shipped from our warehouse the same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day. During sales periods and other periods of high activity, shipping times may be slightly longer. Subject to product availability.

Customer Information:
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided (phone number, email Address, Address ) is accurate. The customer is responsible for notifying us of any changes.
Any costs incurred due to incorrect information will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel, please Contact as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will process your request as soon as we can.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns:
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Send an email to [email protected] on the day you ship the item back. The customer must cover return shipping costs and is responsible for the item until it arrives at our premises. The original packaging must be intact and undamaged. The item must be in like-new condition and resalable. Items that come into contact with the body are not eligible for return (Section 22.g). Sale items and special order items are not eligible for return!

3. The item must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The original packaging must be intact and undamaged! The item must be like new and in saleable condition.

Exchanging items:
Exchanges must be arranged with us and made as soon as possible after purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You have 14 days from the date you received the item to send us Message that you wish to exchange it.

Complaints:
If there is a defect in the product, you must Altius Gruppen AS within a reasonable time after discovering it at [email protected] that you wish to make a claim regarding the defect. We will then provide you with information on how to proceed. The rules regarding complaints are set forth in the Consumer Sales Act.

Refunds:
If you would like a refund, you must notify us Message no later than 14 days after receiving the item. We will refund the cost of the item within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

Warranty:
The warranty on goods is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty for the various products. In addition, the right to file a complaint applies in accordance with Norwegian law. The warranty/complaint policy does not cover defects arising from the buyer’s improper use of the product, or circumstances for which the buyer bears the risk, such as accidents, fire, lightning strikes, power surges, water damage, environmental and climatic conditions, or damage incurred in connection with construction work.

Personal Data:
Altius Gruppen AS personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as an individual will never be made available to other companies or linked to other external databases.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time:
If you place your order before 11 a.m., the item is usually shipped the same day. If you order after 11 a.m., the item is normally shipped from our warehouse Next . Subject to the item being in stock. Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on distance. For some routes, 3–5 business days. Track your package or Contact if the delivery time exceeds this.

Shipping Damage:
If there is any shipping damage, you must Message handing you the package at the pickup location. If the damage is discovered after the package has been opened, you must report it to us immediately (within 3 hours).

Shipping and payment:
The package will be shipped via Postnord Mypack Mypack Small. You will receive a text message from Postnord with information about the package. The package will be delivered directly to your mailbox or can be picked up at one of your local pickup locations.

MyPack restrictions:
Maximum weight 20 kg, maximum length 120 cm, maximum dimensional weight 35 kg (i.e., the sum of the circumference and length cannot exceed 240 cm).
If these restrictions are exceeded, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Unclaimed packages:
If you do not pick up the package within 7 days and otherwise remain completely inactive, this will not give us any indication as to why the package has not been picked up. You will then not have met the requirements set forth in Sections 11 and 13 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, and will thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. You will then be charged a fee of NOK 300. For packages over 10 kg , the fee is kg 500.

Company

Pricing information:
All prices are listed in Norwegian and shown excluding VAT. However, both VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive prices are available at checkout.

Invoices:
For businesses, we offer a 15-day net payment term. Invoices are sent via EHF or email. A fee of 95 NOK applies for invoices sent by mail.

Altius Gruppen AS title to the goods until they have been paid for, in accordance with Sections 3.14–3.22 of the Norwegian Pledge Act.
Late payments will incur fees and interest.
Reminder fee: NOK 38.
Collection notice: NOK 38.
Late payment interest rate: 12%

Shipping:
We use DSV to deliver packages to businesses throughout Norway.
Note: Exceptions are businesses where the delivery address is a private address (sole proprietorships, associations, etc.). Packages for these recipients are sent via PostNord MyPack. The package will be delivered to your nearest pickup location, and you will receive a text message with pickup information.

Postnord MyPack restrictions:
Maximum weight: 20 kg; maximum length: 120 cm; maximum dimensional weight: 35 kg i.e., the sum of the circumference and length cannot exceed 240 cm).
If these restrictions are exceeded, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.

International

Reservations:
The website may contain typographical errors regarding prices and information about the products/services listed on the page. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Price information:
All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and do not include Norwegian VAT. However, you will need to pay VAT for your country when you receive the package.

Wire Transfer Fee:
We require a “wire transfer fee” of 100 NOK to cover bank fees charged City bank. This fee will be added City to the invoice.

Shipping calculation:
The ordered items will be packed, then measured and weighed to calculate the shipping cost.
The shipping cost will be added to the total price.

Payment:
We require prepayment from all customers outside Norway unless otherwise agreed. We send the invoice via email once the order is ready. We only accept wire transfers.

Customs:
After we have shipped the package, you will receive an email from UPS with shipping information. You will also receive an invoice from them, on which you must pay tax (your country’s VAT) and customs fees. This invoice MUST be PAID in order for you to receive your package. If it is not paid and the package is returned to us, all costs will be charged to the customer.

The cancellation period begins on the day the buyer receives the goods and lasts for 14 days thereafter. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please return the item in the same condition as when you received it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] we will process your request as soon as we can.

Money Back:
If you wish to receive a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will refund the cost of the item within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs must be covered City buyer.
