Intelect F-SE Focused Shockwave offers high precision during treatment and is capable of penetrating deep into the tissue with a high energy level, providing treatment options different from those of RPW (radial shockwave).
With the Chattanooga F-SW, the therapist determines the depth of the focal point through three different distances, allowing the treatment to be tailored to the patient’s needs and injury.

Focused Shockwave penetrate to a depth of 12 cm at maximum focus and energy without damaging surrounding tissue.

The difference compared to RPW is that focused Shockwave deeper, more precisely, and with much greater force into the tissue, where all the energy is concentrated at the focal point. It breaks down various types of calcifications and scar tissue, while also being able to treat traditional indications for radial pressure wave therapy, which delivers most of its energy transcutaneously.
